This avoids unnecessarily oversizing framing members often taken by others in the industry. Interior and Exterior load bearing wall panels are typically unsheathed, with integrated shear elements, along with floor to floor concrete thru-bolt sleeving, uplift anchors, structural lintels, and more. However, we have the ability to add various types of exterior solutions to aide in a faster dry-in and complete exterior envelope.
